Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, email or social media.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

More than 48 hours' notice – your deposit can be transferred to another appointment.
Between 24 and 48 hours' notice – your deposit will be retained.
Less than 24 hours' notice – the full appointment fee will be payable.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Last minute cancellations will result in one treatment session being deducted from your package.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

The full appointment fee will still apply.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available once treatment has been provided.

Refunds for prepaid treatment packages are considered on a case-by-case basis where required by consumer law.

We appreciate that genuine emergencies happen.

Where appropriate, Muscle Mender reserves the right to waive cancellation charges at its discretion.
